หลวงปู่เจือ ปิยสีโล ได้เข้ารับการบรรพชาอุปสมบท ณ วัดกลางบางแก้วในปี2495 โดยมี พระพุทธวิถีนายก(เพิ่ม) เป็นพระอุปัชฌาย์ พระธรรมธร(มูล) เป็นพระคู่สวด เมื่อบวชแล้วได้อยู่จำพรรษาและเล่าเรียนวิชาการต่างๆจากหลวงปู่เพิ่มมาโดยตลอด หลวงปู่เจือท่านมีความขยันหมั่นเพียรและมีความจำที่ดีมาก รวมทั้งมีความประพฤติที่เคร่งครัดในพระธรรมวินัย ได้รับการแต่งตั้งเป็นพระสมุห์ ในฐานานุกรมของพระพุทธวิถีนายก (เพิ่ม) นั่นก็คือเป็นพระเลขาของหลวงปู่เพิ่มนั่นเอง จวบจนหลวงปู่เพิ่มถึงแก่มรณภาพลง หลวงปู่เจือท่านได้รับการเรียนเชิญให้ขึ้นรับตำแหน่งเจ้าอาวาส แต่ท่านปฏิเสธจนกระทั่ง พระอาจารย์ใบซึ่งรักษาการ เจ้าอาวาสถึงแก่มรณภาพลง ท่านจึงต้องรับภาระการปกครองวัดไว้ ด้วยการรับตำแหน่งรองเจ้าอาวาสเท่านั้น หลวงปู่เจือ เป็นพระเถระที่มีแต่ความเมตตา ไม่สะสมสมบัติพัสถานใดๆ รวมทั้งสมณศักดิ์และตำแหน่งเจ้าอาวาสวัดก็ไม่ขอรับ ท่านเป็นพระมักน้อย ถ่อมตน บำเพ็ญสมณธรรมด้วยการสร้างบารมีให้ทานแก่บริวารและผู้ทุกข์ยากเสมอ ดังนั้นจึงจะพบเห็นได้ว่าในแต่ละวันจะมีผู้คนจำนวนมากไปขอความเมตตาอนุเคราะห์จากท่านตลอดเวลา หลวงปู่เจือถึงกาลมรณะภาพเมื่อวันที่ 29 ธันวาคม พ.ศ.2552

Lp juea piyasilo ordained at wat klangbangkaew in B.E.2495 by phra phutthawithinayok (perm) as ordaining monk , phra thammathorn (moon) as pairing monk . after ordained he stay and learn from lp perm . lp juea is hard-working and good at memorize . and also stricted in phra thammawinai . and also becoming phra samu in ecclesiastical order of phra phutthawithinayok (perm) is secretary of lp perm . And after lp perm passed away , lp juea invited to become headmaster . but he declined until phra ac bai as acting headmaster passed away . so he need to doing instead by accept headmaster . Lp juea is monk who have metta and also not collecting treasure much . include ecclesiastical title and headmaster he not accept . Because he is a monk who modestly and practice in asceticism by having a prestige to his people and suffering person . so will see in each day , people will come visit and get mercy, LP juea passed away in 29 december B.E.2552
