เหรียญหล่อพระวิษณุกรรมรุ่นนี้ทำการจัดสร้างกันเองเป็นการภายในในวิทยาลัยเทคนิคดุสิต(กสด.)ด้วยกรรมวิธีหล่อโบราณมีการตัดช่อและตะไบเก็บทำให้มีความคลาสสิคมาก ทั้งเนื้อหาที่นำมาสร้างเป็นเนื้อนวะโลหะผสมชนวนศักสิทธิ์และที่พิเศษคือมีการจารึกพระนามย่อสมเด็จพระญาณสังวรใว้ที่ด้านหลังของเหรียญ เข้าพีธีปลุกเสกของวัดบวรนิเวศในปี2539 คาดว่าสร้างใว้จำนวนไม่มากนักทำให้ไม่ค่อยพบเห็นเท่าไหร่ พระวิษณุกรรมเป็นมหาเทพของเหล่าช่างทั้งปวง ผู้ทำงานเกี่ยวกับช่างน่ามีใว้บูชาเป็นที่สุด กรรมวิธีการสร้างดี พิธีปลุกเสกดีน่าใช้มากๆ
